Part of the application process is to create an online profile. Don’t worry – the process is super simple and you can upload your existing resume to fill in the data. If you don’t have a resume, you can create one with a click after completing your profile. Once complete, you can immediately apply to the job in which you are interested.
(And if you are interested in other jobs, you can see if your qualifications match those as well!)
From creation to application, the entire process can take as little as 10 minutes.
Input Information
Creating your profile is easy. Your profile is similar to a LinkedIn profile, but is designed to highlight the experience of athletes. It treats your athletic experience as work experience.
Identify Top Skills
The Skills Assessment takes less than five minutes to identify your top skills that are highlighted on your Podium/resume. These help match you to the right job(s).
Mark Yourself "Open to Work"
Toggle "Open to Work" on your Podium and choose your job settings to match to open jobs in the system. You may match to more than one position, but all employers are interested in former athletes.
Apply to Matched Jobs
Based on your interest in the job post and the qualifications listed, you should match to the position(s) in which you are interested and receive a notification. Simply click the apply button and you are done!
