Podium X changes the way student-athletes prepare and apply for jobs and internships, as well as market themselves for NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) prospects.

The Podium X platform (www.podiumx.com) takes a fresh approach to the student-athlete experience by offering an online profile that is specially designed for athletes to highlight their unique journey and valuable soft skills often developed through athletics. This Podium Profile serves as an enhanced resume listing business, athletic, leadership, and educational experience, even media clips about their sports careers. Students can create traditional resume PDFs with one click, apply to jobs within the platform or externally with AI assistance to create cover letters, thank you notes, interview prep and resume optimization. With the recent addition of an all-encompassing resume parser, athletes can upload resumes to generate Podiums and customize resumes with 20 templates, fonts, colors, column spacing, and more.
