University of Louisiana and Podium X Announce Partnership

LAFAYETTE, La. – Louisiana Athletics is using Podium X to offer its career development and personal marketing tool to its student-athletes. Podium X changes the way athletes prepare and apply for jobs and internships as well as market themselves for NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) opportunities. The Ragin’ Cajuns will roll out Podium X to their athletes through a workshop next month.

The Podium X platform allows for the creation of an online profile that is specially designed for athletes to highlight their unique journey and valuable soft skills often developed through athletics. Student-athletes can represent themselves digitally or create traditional resume PDFs or NIL Pitch Profiles with a click and be matched to hundreds of national job openings. Employers can post job openings and view student profiles that match the skills they need.
